The Passionate Stewardship Box offers a collection of bath and body products such as luxurious handmade soaps, body creams, body buttes, bath salts, whipped soap, candles and more. We also offer specialty items like bath bombs and scrubs.

Are your products handmade or mass-produced?

All our products are carefully handmade in small batches to ensure quality and attention to detail. We take pride in using premium ingredients to create a unique and indulgent experience for our customers.

Do you use natural ingredients in your products?

Yes, we prioritize the use of natural and high-quality ingredients in our formulations. Our products are free from harmful chemicals, and we strive to provide a nourishing and gentle skincare experience. 

**Please note: we are open to customizing a product if you disclose there is an ingredient in our product that you are allergic to for example, coconut oil. One of our goals is customer satisfaction.

Are your candles made from soy wax or paraffin wax?

Our candles are crafted using 100% all-natural soy wax, which is environmentally friendly and burns cleaner than other waxes such as paraffin wax.

Can I customize a gift set with specific products?

Absolutely! We offer customizable gift sets where you can choose the products and scents you'd like to include. It's a perfect way to create a personalized and thoughtful gift for your loved ones.

Do you offer bulk orders for events?

How long do your candles typically burn?

The burn time of our candles varies depending on the size and type. On average, our standard-sized candles burn for approximately 40-50 hours. Be sure to follow the care instructions provided to optimize the burn time.

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we are proud to be a cruelty-free brand. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, and we are committed to providing ethical and animal-friendly options for our customers.

Do you offer wholesale pricing for retailers?

What precautions should I take while using your bath products?

What is the process with seasonal products?

Every season we create candles for the season. Once the season is over we will discount the candle and restock the candles during the following season. 

Is your soap really handmade?

Yes, our soap is handmade therefore it takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks for our soap to be ready to sale to our customers. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to our customer service team by email at info@thepsbox.com.
